imac09 Apple launches new iMacs, MacBooks, Mac minis and Magic MouseHow does Apple follow up the news of its most successful quarter ever? It launches new desktops, laptops and accessories.

Just yesterday Apple announced its most profitable quarter on the back of selling 3 million Macs and 7.4 million iPhones, and so the question is how does Apple even attempt to keep this momentum?  Well luckily there had already been numerous rumors that the Cupertino, CA-based company had new iMacs, Mac minis, MacBooks and an all new mouse ready to go.

While we have the system details of the computers for you below, the new Magic Mouse is worthy of a lot of attention.  It seems that Apple has decided that physical buttons are passé on everything.  The Magic Mouse is a new Bluetooth-enabled mouse that lacks any physical buttons and instead features the same touch technology the company employs on the iPhone and iPod Touch.  You can check out the official page to see just how this new device works, but we can see it taking some definite time to get used to.

As usual, the odd relationship between Apple and the Mac mini continues.  While the system did get upgraded, no official spec list was released for it.  The basic model will sell for $599 and went from 2GHz to 2.26GHz, RAM went from 1GB to 2GBs and hard drive capacity increased from 120GB to 160GB.  The $799 version has a 2.53GHz processor, an increase in RAM from 2GBs to 4GBs and a 320GB hard drive.  The biggest news for this line was the new Mac mini server which replace the optical drive for a second hard drive so that it gives you two 500GB hard drives, 2.53 GHz Core 2 Duo processor and 4GBs of RAM.

Without further ado, here are the specs for all of the new Apple computers, and there are a slew of them.
